You can have EvadeVPN running on your Amazon Firestick in under five minutes, using a free app called Downloader and a short code. You don't need a computer, and nothing is installed on your account.

What you need

  • An Amazon Fire TV Stick (or Fire TV) connected to the internet
  • Your EvadeVPN login: the 6-digit PIN from your eBay or Amazon order, your email and password, or choose the free 1-day trial
  • The Downloader code: 7025517

Step 1: Install Downloader and switch on app installs

  1. On your Firestick home screen, open Find and choose Search.
  2. Type Downloader (the orange app) and select it, then choose Get or Download. Wait for it to install.
  3. Go to Settings → My Fire TV → Developer options and choose Install unknown apps. Turn Downloader to ON. (On some Fire OS versions you can't find this menu until you open Downloader once. If you're asked to allow it when you first run Downloader, choose Allow.)
  4. If you don't see Developer options, go to Settings → My Fire TV → About, highlight your device name and press Select seven times, then go back.

Step 2: Enter the EvadeVPN code

  1. Open Downloader. If it shows a welcome message or asks for permission to access files, choose Allow or OK.
  2. On the Home tab, select the address box.
  3. Type the code 7025517 and choose Go.
  4. Wait while the EvadeVPN file downloads.

Step 3: Install and open EvadeVPN

  1. When the download finishes, choose Install. If it asks about unknown apps, allow it for Downloader.
  2. Choose Install again, then Done. Downloader will offer to delete the file. Choose Delete twice to free up space.
  3. Open EvadeVPN from your Apps list. To find it faster, press and hold the Home button, choose Apps, and move EvadeVPN to the front.

Step 4: Sign in

Choose how you want to start:

  • PIN code: if you bought on eBay or Amazon, enter the 6-digit PIN you were sent.
  • Email and password: if you bought on evadevpn.com, sign in with the details you used at checkout.
  • Free trial: try EvadeVPN free for one day, with no card needed.

Step 5: Connect

  1. Pick a server from the list. Choose the country you want to appear in.
  2. Select Connect.
  3. The first time, your Firestick asks whether to allow a VPN connection. Choose OK.
  4. When the status shows you're protected, you're connected.

Troubleshooting

  • The code doesn't work: check you typed 7025517 with no spaces, and that your Firestick is online.
  • "Install blocked": go back to Settings → My Fire TV → Developer options and make sure Downloader is allowed to install unknown apps.
  • Can't connect: pick a different server, or restart the app.
  • Wrong login: check your details, or use the PIN from your order if you have one.
